Pencil-width tunnels running along your foundation, walls, or crawl space — termites build these to travel between the soil and your structure while staying protected.
Hollow-Sounding Wood
Tap on baseboards, door frames, or floor joists — a hollow sound means termites may have consumed the interior wood while leaving the surface intact.
Buckling Floors or Sagging Ceilings

How We Eliminate Termites
Our treatment process creates a complete chemical barrier around your structure, eliminates active colonies, and protects treated wood from re-infestation.
Exterior Trenching & Rodding
We trench and rod the soil around the entire exterior of the structure, treating against the foundation at 4 gallons per 10 linear feet to create a continuous chemical barrier.
Concrete Slab & Porch Drilling
Any attached concrete slabs or dirt-filled porches are drilled and treated at the same rate, then drill holes are carefully patched and sealed.
Active Area Treatment
Areas of active termite activity are treated with Fipronil. All infested and at-risk wood is treated with Borates to stop damage and prevent re-infestation.
New Construction
Pre-Treat Before They Move In
We also recommend having a new construction pretreated when the footer is poured and a couple rows of block have been laid. We actually treat the soil in and around the foundation, any piers or areas where concrete slabs may be poured.
This allows us to create a consistent barrier in and around your new home that protects it against termites.
